Marie Blythe
Marie Blythe has worked as a French-English translator and English reviser and editor serving clients in New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario for 25 years. Her areas of work and interest include immigration, applied linguistics (primarily language policy and planning, official and minority languages, bilingualism and multilingualism), sociolinguistics, political science, health, and administration.
She is a certified member of the Corporation of Translators, Terminologists and Interpreters of New Brunswick (CTINB) and has been actively involved with the Corporation, notably on the Continuing Education Committee. She also offers her services as a volunteer French-English translator for humanitarian non-profits through Translators without Borders.
Marie Blythe holds a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from Université de Montréal.
