Rioux, Pascale

Research Assistant
Pascale received her Multidisciplinary Bachelor of Arts with minors in Political Science, Philosophy and Psychology in 2019 from Université de Moncton. She is currently a Juris Doctor graduate from the Université de Moncton Faculty of Law. Her dissertation will focus on the recognition of Université de Moncton, the only French-language university in the province, as a distinct educational institution under section 16.1 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. In addition to her academic background, she was involved with the Fédération des étudiantes et étudiants du Campus universitaire de Moncton as vice-president and president from 2018 to 2020. Her interests include the promotion and recognition of the rights of minority language communities.
