Abstract
This report sets out a Horizontal Results-based Management and Accountability Framework (HRMAF) for the Official Languages Program. It explains the purpose of the HRMAF, the scope of the Program, contributions, and accountability. The report illustrates links between federal institutions’ activities, inputs, and outputs, and the Program’s desired results. It also sets out performance measures, data collection requirements, reporting and evaluation mechanisms, and elements of implementation.
