Abstract
The objective of this report is to verify whether official language minority clientele served by federal institutions have access to direct health care in the language of their choice. The audit focused on four federal institutions that deliver health care directly: Health Canada (health care for First Nations and Inuit communities), Veterans Affairs Canada, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Correctional Service Canada.
