Abstract
This report presents the findings of a study of two federal government networks—one for businesses and one for the general public—that provide people with one-stop (“single window”) access to federal government information. The study looked at whether people could equally access information in both official languages from these single windows, and whether single windows support the advancement of Canada’s official language minority communities. Includes recommendations.
