Abstract
These are the proceedings of a conference held in April 2003 on the right to use French and English before Canada’s tribunals. Representatives of federal tribunals and of associations of French-speaking lawyers came together to discuss the challenges of providing service in both official languages in federal tribunals, as well as best practices in doing so.
