Abstract
This report describes the vitality indicators for the Sudbury francophone community as part of a larger study of francophones in Canadian urban settings. The report presents an overview of the Sudbury francophone community, including demographics, history, age, socioeconomic conditions, and community organizations. It details the methodology used, presents logic models and evaluation tools, and describes best practices. The report presents vitality indicators in four areas: community governance, health care, immigration, and access to government services.
