Abstract
This is the report of an examination by the Standing Committee on Official Languages into the impact of the suspension of federal government advertising activities on media operating in a minority environment in Canada. Recommendations include immediately setting aside a minimum of 5.4% of the government’s media buys for the official-language minority media.
