Abstract
This report is a follow-up on the study we conducted in 1994 to determine the extent to which federal offices designated bilingual provided quality service in English and in French. It deals with the situation in the Northwest Territories. It is intended to determine whether the recommendations made in 1994 produced results and to obtain corrective action for any deficiencies in the offices in question.--Summary
