Abstract
This report contains the findings of an audit of the Canadian Tourism Commission conducted from August to December 2004. The audit evaluated the Commission’s commitment to official language minority communities with regard to enhancing their vitality and supporting their development. It also looked at how the Commission fostered the use of English and French in Canada, and how it projected the bilingual character of Canada abroad in accordance with section 41 of Part VII of the Official Languages Act.
