Abstract
This report contains the findings of an audit of the Canada Border Services Agency conducted between February and June 2005. The audit looked at whether the Agency offers satisfactory customs services to clients in the official language of their choice at bilingual border crossings. The report makes 12 recommendations for helping the Agency improve its delivery of the full range of services it is required to offer in both official languages at such crossings.
