Abstract
This report provides an assessment of the health services provided to the English-speaking minority in Quebec. After outlining the results of a five-year-old strategy to improve health services for the community, the report considers the community’s demographics, the provincial health care system, as well as federal investment and challenges to providing health care. It includes an intervention plan, with recommendations related to networking, investment, human resources, research, technology, and strategies.
