Abstract
This report, released in 2001, reviews the studies conducted by the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages on the provision of federal services in both official languages in all regions, and compares those results to those of the initial, nation-wide study. It examines the causes of the shortcomings noted, and offers approaches designed to ensure that quality service is available in both official languages in all offices designated bilingual throughout Canada.
