The purpose of this audit was to evaluate the services offered in both official languages by the Community Futures Development Corporations (CFDCs) and Community Business Development Corporations (CBDCs) designated to provide bilingual services and to assess how these organizations take the needs of official language minority communities (OLMCs) into account.
