Abstract
Discusses discrimination faced by Ontario's French Canadian minority and social legislation enacted by the provincial parliament which pertains to them; focuses on their exclusion from the 1994 Fairness in Employment Law and the law's subsequent revocation in 1995. Activities of the Association Canadienne-Française de l'Ontario (ACFO) in defense of the rights of Ontario's French Canadian community and the Caucus francophone, a committee of French Canadian civil servants within the Ontario government concerned with employment discrimination.
