Abstract
With multiple innovative creations anchored in a specific sociopolitical & historical context, the Francophone literature in Ontario has shown to be an important & distinct part of the French literature in Canada & elsewhere. The purpose of our article is to present some Ontarian authors writing in French who are not a product of the same ancestral or cultural tradition but whose work is foregrounded by a geographical belonging instead of an ethnic or cultural one.
