This project involves conducting a study to understand the structural barriers that prevent minority Francophone and Acadian women from gaining access to decision-making positions. A survey and focus groups will be used to gather data on this subject. The Alliance des femmes de la francophonie canadienne (AFFC) will use the research results to propose awareness-raising and training activities.
