Martin Normand is the Director of Strategic Research and International Relations at the Association des collèges et universités de la francophonie canadienne since February 2021. Previously, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Ottawa's School of Political Studies, where he also coordinated the Interdisciplinary Research Group on the Practices of Active Offer of Services in French. He holds a PhD in political science from the Université de Montréal. His research has focused on language policy in Canada and the mobilization of linguistic minorities.
