2024
Abstract
The aim of this research is to build a framework for evaluating the impact of community-based school projects under the Vice-Versa 2024-2028 program. It aims to measure their impact on the vitality and vitality of Francophone minority communities (FMCs), as well as on the identity-building of students from kindergarten to grade 12. On the one hand, this program aims to “encourage partnerships between minority Francophone community organizations and minority French-language schools” (Vice-Versa Web page). On the other hand, it aims to “enable students to be at the heart of the reflection, choice, implementation and evaluation of funded projects.” (Vice-Versa Web page). The program is above all “by and for the students”. Its beneficiaries include students and their families, school and teaching staff, community organizations and the community at large.
