Abstract The objective of this research is to assess the impact of community school projects of the Vice-Versa program on vitality and development of the Francophone minority communities, as well as on the identity construction of students from kindergarten to grade 12.

This program is intended above all by and for the students: they must be at the center of the community school project and must participate in the implementation of their project. It would be relevant if this research could assess:

- the impact or effects of such  project on young people by identifying their organizational, social and even technical skills mobilized, reinforced and acquired during participation in the project;

- the links with the community and the contacts that have been established with people outside the community with this project, as well as what the young people gain from it;

- their identity experience lived within the framework of these projects, as well as its impact on their identity construction.
