The Quebec English-Speaking Communities Research Network (QUESCREN) was launched on April 17, 2009.

QUESCREN is joint initiative, between the Canadian Institute for Research on Linguistic Minorities and the School of Extended Learning (Concordia University), which brings together researchers and community representatives who are interested in the development of research regarding Anglophones in Quebec.
